Denver Colorado Insulation is a referral service. We connect Denver-area homeowners with local, independent retrofit insulation contractors — and we are not a contractor ourselves. We do not send crews, quote jobs, install material, or set pricing, scheduling, or warranty terms. The contractor on your job does all of that. Family operated, locally focused, and honest about what that means: one small operation building useful guidance and routing projects to people who actually do the work.
What we actually do
We build honest, Denver-specific guidance — diagnostics, cost ranges, calculators, rebate explainers, and vetting checklists — so you can walk into a quote already knowing what to ask for. When you're ready, the lead form hands your project to a local pro who does retrofit work in your area. We may be compensated when we refer your project to a contractor. That is how the site is paid for, and it is why the contractor's deposit, schedule, and warranty are always between you and them.
When we'll tell you not to spend the money
The same rule that runs every page on this site runs this one: if your home was built before 1990 and your bills keep climbing, you probably need this work. If it was built after 2010 and your bills are normal, you probably don't — hold your money, and be suspicious of anyone eager to take it. A referral service that routes everyone regardless is a lead mill. The guidance here says "not yet" as often as it says "yes," because the referral is only worth making when the work is worth doing.
Why only retrofit?
We focus on one thing: upgrading and replacing insulation in existing Denver-metro homes — attics, walls, crawl spaces, air sealing, and old-material removal, all under IECC Climate Zone 5B rules. New construction runs on a different process, so we refer it out to general contractors and builders rather than pretend to serve it.
How we treat your privacy
The site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and sets no cookies. We collect only what the quote form asks for. We don't run ads and we don't sell lists — and the one hand-off that makes the service work, sharing your form details with the contractor who quotes you, is spelled out plainly on the privacy page: what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to make us delete it.
